A well-know brand cyclone was adopted in the beginning. After installation, the low classifying efficiency, high fine content in underflow and frequent blocking problems can’t lead to a normal operation. The operation capacity of each line could only reach approx. 1000t/h, which was severely limited.

Haiwang Team was invited to solve the technical problems. After studied and compared with the original cyclone supplier, Haiwang adopt patented plat-bottom and multi-cone structures, which solved problems including blocking, fine particles content in underflow and etc. The capacity of each line was raised up to 1300t/h. At present, all cyclones at site were replaced to Haiwang brand.
