Project Introduction

This iron ore project has an annual output of 8Mt/y concentrate. The secondary grinding cyclones used a foreign brand firstly. But problems such as shell cracking and coarse grading particle size occurred during operation, which affects the normal production. After communication between Haiwang technical team and on-site personnel, all the secondary grinding cyclones have been replaced with the Haiwang patented multi-cone structure cyclone, which has extended its service life and optimized classification indicators.
