The Russian KTK coal preparation plant has implemented modifications to the coarse coal slurry system using the FBS3000 coarse coal slurry separator. The feed rate is 90 t/h, the ash content of the coarse clean coal is less than 9.5%, the ash content of the tail coal is greater than 65%, and the possible deviation (Ep) in the separation process is 0.12g/cm3, with a separation efficiency of 95.5%.
