Ma’aden Phosphate Mine Preparation Plant is the largest single set phosphate mine preparation equipment in the world at present. The Saudi Arabian Aden Phosphate Mine is an investment by the Saudi state-owned mining company (MAADEN, a Saudi mining giant that owns 50% of Saudi mineral resources. It is dedicated to the development and utilization of non-oil mineral resources) and Saudi Basic Industries Corporation. The phosphate mineral processing plant under MPC, a joint venture established with US$6 billion. The project mines 12.5 million tons of phosphate rock annually and produces 5.3 million tons of phosphate concentrate annually. After it was put into operation in 2011, it became the world's largest phosphate mineral processing plant at the time.

From the construction of the project in 2008 to the trial production and operation of 2 million tons of phosphate concentrate in 2011, Neptune relied on its mining equipment design, manufacturing technology and rich management experience with independent intellectual property rights to provide 9 groups of 158 cyclones in total for the project. Because the Manadun Phosphate Mine is located in the Al-jalamid region of northern Saudi Arabia, it has a typical desert climate, with high temperatures all year round, heavy sandstorms, and a relatively harsh environment. Faced with the challenge of large changes in the properties of raw ore on site, Neptune's technical staff tracked the entire process, organized technical staff to hold special discussions, and carried out structural optimization on the basis of the original equipment to adapt to the changing on-site ore feeding conditions and help the Saudi Arabian Aton Phosphate Mine. In 2012, the output of phosphate concentrate was delivered to 3.4 million tons.

After the project is delivered, Neptune organizes technicians to go to the site for free after-sales visits every year to check the operating status of the equipment and solve on-site technical problems. At the same time, it actively responded to the transformation plan proposed by the site. With the joint efforts of both parties, it ensured the continuous optimization of various technical indicators on site and improved the recovery rate and phosphate concentrate yield.
