We are dedicated to the research and development of high-efficiency and energy-saving swirl classification equipment, with a leading level of R&D capability in the industry.
The separation laboratory, with the area of more than 5000 square meters, is equipped with industrial leading and complete test equipment, which has undertaken over one thousand commissioned trials by domestic and foreign enterprises, it provides clients with more than one thousand research reports and unit designs, and establishes quite powerful data analysis and model selection database.
We have a professional R&D team of over 150 people, including 3 doctors and 3 researchers. We have also recruited over 20 national high-level experts and professors, such as academicians and Changjiang Scholars, and established good industry-academia-research cooperation relationships with more than 10 domestic institutions including Central South University and China University of Mining and Technology.
Haiwang’s production base covers a total construction area of over 500,000 square meters. It is equipped with high-power fiber laser cutting machines, automatic welding robots, and the largest cyclone shot blasting and painting production line in China, and other leading processing equipment and production lines. This setup achieves advanced automatic processing flow such as cutting, machining, welding, shot blasting, and painting, ensuring comprehensive product quality and production efficiency. The annual production capacity includes over 40,000 sets of cyclones ranging from Ф10mm to Ф1500mm, as well as over 10,000 sets of vibrating screens, multi-layer screens, spiral separators, fluidized bed separators, and other equipment.
By means of the international advanced wear-resisting material processing technology and the professional production line of high-aluminum ceramics, rubber and polyurethane wear-resisting materials , the produced materials such as “HW-AC wear-resisting and high-aluminum ceramics “,” HW-R wet mixing wear-resistant rubber” and “HW-PU wear-resisting polyurethane” are of advanced fabrication process and superior performance indicator. User can flexibly choose to use by combination in accordance with the site service and working condition so as to improve the service life of the overall unit.
Following the “5S lean production management” and MES production and manufacturing execution system, the production line is designed according to the process, leading to the production exactly as schedule. The closely interlinked manufacturing process makes the product quality outstanding to the fullest. Advanced digital manufacturing management system and each item of comprehensive capacity is highly intensive, labour-saving and automatic, which has created the high-efficiency production management operation system, establishing foundations for generation of world-class products.
The product production, fabrication and manufacturing follow the ISO9001 quality system closely and enterprises have passed the European CE, Russian GOST, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and other international system certifications. We can meet the European standards, American standards and other international processing standards, depending on the customers’ requirements.
More than 20,000 square meters of spare parts inventory workshop, powerful spare parts inventory and timely after-sales service assist us to meet the customer requirements of site spare parts maintenance and replacement and other needs at the first time.

Haiwang technical service network spreads all over the world. The domestic users can get the technical service on the site within 24 hours and, the service responding for the remote areas and international users will be no later than 48 hours.
The professional technical team of over 150 staff provides the user with the pre-sale technical consultation, model selection design, experiment, guidance on installation, commissioning and training on site and other technical services.
According to the user demand, Haiwang laboratory center can provide users with ore sample analysis, mineral classification, separation, concentration, de-sliming, screening and flotation and other experiments, of course we support the equipment model selection.
The products from Haiwang Company are manufactured strictly in compliance with the contract and technical agreement to guarantee both timely delivery and buyer’s technical requirement. During the equipment design and manufacturing process, keep communication with the buyer at any time and prepare the drawing for confirmation, production progress reporting and product quality control, and cases as the buyer required; Submit the required technical documents by the schedule as buyer’s demand.
During the equipment installation and commission period, company will dispatch professional engineering technicians with rich practical experience to the site for the guidance on installation, commissioning and training for operators so as to guarantee the normal running of equipment.
Our company has powerful spare parts warehouse, so we can timely provide the service to the buyer after the equipment gets put into operation.
After the equipment warranty period expires, Haiwang technicians will periodically visit to provide the user with suggestions on equipment maintenance or assist with commissioning.
In 1989, “Weihai Jingyuan Polyurethane Factory” was established, which belongs to enterprise under collective ownership of Jingyuan agency of Huancui District, Weihai City. The leased production and office building are less than 200 square meters less than 20 employees with main business of polyurethane cyclone, hub and marine sleeve. In 1992, corporation finished the restructure and Mrs. Huang AIxiu hold the post of director. The new workshop building of 1053 square meters were built in Xibei Shan with the independent workshop and office by producing hundreds of polyurethane cyclone annually, which is mainly used in oilfield industry.
In 1998, Weihai Haiwang Hydrocyclone was formally registered and set up at the same time, Haiwang became the earliest professional cyclone manufacturer in domestic.
The new factory in Hengtai Street, Hi-tech Development Zone was built in 2000. The factory produced hundreds of various cyclones with plant area of 10650 ㎡ and more than 100 employees.
The business had been extended to mining and coal industries.
In 2008, Haiwang was relocated to Keji road, Zhangcun town with plant of more than 40,000㎡. There are more than 300 employees and the annual capacity of cyclone exceeds 10,000 sets, which make Haiwang become the biggest cyclone manufacturing base in Asia-Pacific region. Haiwang products are widely used in mining, coal , electric power environmental protection and oil field industries. Haiwang takes the leading position in domestic cyclone separation industry and the products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions, starting to make its mark on the international stage.
In 2016, new plant of Haiwang located in Yangting industrial area was put into operation, with two main production bases covering more than 150,000㎡ and equipped with advanced processing production lines. Annual capacity for cyclones of various specifications exceeds 20,000 sets, which have far ahead taken the domestic market share and been exported to more than 40 countries and regions. Haiwang become the internationally renowned supplier of swirl separation equipment and technical service. Meanwhile Haiwang began to provide clients with one-stop solution including testing, researching, process design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and technical services, which means Haiwang started the transformation and upgrading from traditional equipment manufacturing to technical service manufacturing.
