Haiwang's "Digitalized Workshop for High-end Fluid Equipment Processing Manufacturing" was awarded as Shandong Province Digitalized Workshop.

Haiwang high-end fluid equipment processing and manufacturing digital workshop is the company to "Made in China 2025" as a guide, the new generation of information technology and machinery and equipment industry in-depth fusion, the comprehensive construction of the digital workshop, accelerate the industrial integration of the launch of the fluid equipment manufacturing industry 4.0 model project.

Workshop contains cyclone equipment machining production line and pumps, valves and fluid equipment machining production line, intelligent equipment accounted for more than 90%, most of the core equipment to achieve interoperability. The workshop has established Enterprise Resource Planning Management System (ERP), Advanced Planning and Scheduling System (APS), Manufacturing Operation Management System (MOM with MES, WMS, paperless workshop drawings), Intelligent Stereo Warehouse System (WMS), Business Process Management System (BPM), Supplier Management System (SRM), Equipment Management System (EMS), and visualization platform, which comprehensively improves the quality of Fluid equipment from raw material procurement and inspection, production, quality testing and traceability, warehousing and logistics and other product life cycle of the degree of intelligence.
