  • The screener is manufactured using high-quality alloy steel Q355B.
  • All flow parts undergo wear-resistant treatment, such as slurry distributor, upper and lower screen funnels, and wear-resistant lining materials inside the cloth dispenser.

Application

Used in closed-circuit grinding and grading processes in iron ore, lead-zinc ore, tin ore, tungsten ore, and other black and non-ferrous metal ore dressing plants.

Employed in coal preparation plants for the separation and classification of coarse coal slurry, in combination with cyclones, FBS™ coarse coal slurry compound fluidized bed separators, or LXA coal spiral separators.

Applied in non-metallic ore dressing plants such as feldspar, quartz, kaolin, etc., for processes such as classification and desilting.
