The FX series coal slurry concentration and classification hydrocyclone produced by Haiwang Company utilizes an innovative internal hydraulic cyclone structure to enhance the classification efficiency and accuracy. It is easy to adjust the dimensions of the overflow pipe and underflow outlet according to the requirements of classification particle size or concentration, and it features convenient installation, debugging, maintenance, and replacement. Additionally, depending on the processing capacity, cyclones of the same specifications are typically combined in parallel and supplied as a group.

Technical characteristics

• Patent structures including concentration type, compound cone structure, centrifugal helical shell feeding, and spiral line feeding are designed to meet customized technical requirements for different process stages.
• Independently developed coal slurry hydrocyclone intelligent situational awareness system and online automatic control system empower the hydrocyclone with the ability to perform self-inspections actively. It can timely and continuously monitor its operational status, record equipment running time, lining wear, underflow discharge, etc. This achieves a reduction in the labor intensity of manual inspections, timely detection of potential issues during equipment operation, and issuance of warning signals. Real-time monitoring of coal slurry hydrocyclone parameters such as inlet liquid level, concentration, pressure, and particle size is carried out. Models for liquid level, pressure, and particle size are established, enabling control of liquid level, particle size, and abnormal alarms.
• The maximum specification of the FX series coal slurry concentration and classification hydrocyclone is Φ1300mm, achieving a processing capacity of 1300m3/h.
• Hydrocyclone liners are made of wear-resistant materials such as high-alumina ceramics, KM wear-resistant composite materials, polyurethane, and nano-modified rubber, enhancing the product's service life.
