Product Overview

Haiwang Corporation's SMC (two-product coal slurry heavy-medium cyclone) and TSMC (three-product coal slurry heavy-medium cyclone) are mainly designed for coal slurry separation in coal preparation plants. They effectively achieve the separation of coal slurry with a particle size of +0.074mm. These cyclones can be used in conjunction with heavy-medium suspension systems for coal slurry separation or independently in coal slurry heavy-medium separation processes. They have been widely used in numerous coal preparation plants in Shandong, Shanxi, Shaanxi, and other regions in China.

The equipment model series include:

Haiwang SMC series with specifications ranging from SMC150 to 600, achieving processing capacities from 20 to 400 m3/h.

Haiwang TSMC series with specifications ranging from TSMC350 to 710, achieving processing capacities from 10 to 100 t/h.

Technical characteristics

• The patented design of the coal slurry heavy medium cyclone enables efficient and deep separation of coal slurry, achieving a high separation efficiency of ≥90%, with a density accuracy (Ep) of ≤0.08kg/l.
• The cyclone is equipped with an adjustable overflow pipe device, allowing real-time adjustment of separation indicators.
• Optionally, the cyclone can be equipped with intelligent control and monitoring technology developed by Haiwang, enabling the coordinated operation of product quality and density control. It can also be configured with a cyclone lining lifespan warning system and cyclone blockage alarm.
• The cyclone adopts a high alumina ceramic lining. This special ceramic is produced through pressure molding and high-temperature firing using grinding tools. Each ceramic piece is tailored to meet the typical requirements of the cyclone's curvature and shape. The special high alumina ceramic has an alumina content of over 95%, featuring a uniform structure of alumina particles and excellent sintering characteristics, enhancing wear resistance.

Application

The product is mainly used in the coal slurry separation process, either as part of the suspension system in heavy-medium coal preparation plants or in independent coal slurry heavy-medium separation processes.
