Dewatering vibration screen

According to different screening requirements, different screen inclination angles are employed. The upward-designed screen inclination angle forms a slurry pool at the feed end, and the static pressure head facilitates the slurry to pass through the screen, resulting in a large material processing capacity. Dual self-synchronized vibration motors are used, generating a linear vibration trajectory through synchronized reverse rotation. This drives the transportation, dehydration, and discharge of screened products (coarse materials).

The upward-designed screen inclination angle forms a slurry pool at the feed end, and the static pressure head facilitates the slurry to pass through the screen, resulting in a large material processing capacity. Dual self-synchronized vibration motors are used, generating a linear vibration trajectory through synchronized reverse rotation. This drives the transportation, dehydration, and discharge of screened products (coarse materials). Shock-absorbing springs (rubber springs, composite springs, steel springs) are utilized for low noise, low power consumption, and minimal equipment load. Wear-resistant polyurethane screen mesh is employed, featuring a high screen opening rate, good dewatering effect, and a long service life.

Technical Features

It allows for localized wear and replacement, resulting in low spare parts costs.
  • High-quality manganese steel is used for the steel, with an overall beam profile design. The entire structure undergoes stress relief treatment. The bottom beam is also designed as a complete profile, with surface wear-resistant rubber protection.

 Application Scope

Linear vibrating screens are mainly used for dehydration, desliming, sand removal, washing, slag removal, impurity removal and other operations of metal ores, non-metallic ores, slime water, quartz sand, mud, etc.

Used in closed-circuit grinding and grading processes in iron ore, lead-zinc ore, tin ore, tungsten ore, and other black and non-ferrous metal ore dressing plants.

Employed in coal preparation plants for the separation and classification of coarse coal slurry, in combination with cyclones, FBS™ coarse coal slurry compound fluidized bed separators, or LXA coal spiral separators.

Applied in non-metallic ore dressing plants such as feldspar, quartz, kaolin, etc., for processes such as classification and desilting.
