Haiwang FS series fine sands recovery machine skidded mounts the Haiwang high-frequency fine sands recovery cyclone and Haiwang linear vibration de-watering screen with capacity of single set maximally 700m³/h, which has compact structure, less occupation area, high fine sands recovery rate etc. features.

Haiwang FS series fine sands recovery machine is mainly used in the fine sands recovery from the waste water of aggregate production line and sands washing from mining tailings etc. process steps, which can be used to recover sands of over 75μm from the feeding material with comprehensive recovery rate of over 90%. The single set capacity varies from 100 m³/h to 700m³/h with different specifications for option.

Technical Feature

• The whole part is of skidded mounting structure, which decrease the equipment height and reduce the lift consumption of pump
• Cyclone feeding pump sump integrates with the undersize collector of de-watering screen and the undersize products form close circuit circulation, which both saves the occupation and construction of cyclone feeding pump sump and also improves the fine sands recovery rate.
• The whole system is equipped with equipment basis supporting and operation platform by itself. The owner just need to provide the floor appropriately for assembly. The assembly is simple, which simplifies the foundation and operation platform preparation of owner, resulting in more reasonable and compact configuration.

Application

Haiwang XS series wheel bucket sands washing machine is mainly used in mechanism sands washing and fine aggregate de-sliming etc. workings with more than 80% recovery rate of particles over 0.25mm.
