Product general introduction: G Series Diaphragm Valve

The structure is simple, safe and durable, and the performance is stable. The diaphragm valve is one of the best choice when involving the turn off or control operation of abrasive or corrosive slurry, powder or particles.

Diaphragm valve is a special form of cut-off valve, the opening and closing part is a diaphragm made of soft material, which separates the inner cavity of the valve body from the inner cavity of the valve cover. No metal parts directly contacting with the slurry thus prevent corrosion and pollution to slurry. It also has stable performance and long service life.

FG Series Pinch Valve

Bubble level sealing with full runoff, modular design structure and stable performance. No metal parts are in direct contact with the slurry thus prevent corrosion and contaminating on the slurry. It is widely used in operating condition with corrosive slurry and serious wearing.

Pinch valve uses pneumatic, electric, manual or hydraulic driving mode to squeeze the casing, so as to achieve the function of ON/OFF and regulation. In the open position, the valve forms a channel without fluid resistance, making it become part of the pipeline. In the closed position, the two compression plates tighten the hose in the central position.

The modular design of FG series valves has three main parts: elastic hose, valve body and actuator. The valve sleeve is the only part in contact with the tube through the medium, which plays a role in corrosion resistance, wear resistance and bearing pressure.

FZ Series Valve

With many kinds of structure design such as pneumatic and manual. The starting can save more labor, with light and flexible operation. The advantages also include compact structure, good valve rigidity, reliable sealing, smooth channel, small flow resistance and long service life.

 Product Description

The sealing rubber ring is specially designed for slurry operating conditions. The two matching sealing rubber rings are assembled into the valve cavity. When the valve is closed, the rubber ring compresses the gate to form a seal; when the valve is opened, the two rubber rings are pressed against each other to form a seal, providing a bubble level seal.

In the process of valve opening and closing, a gap is formed between the contact surfaces of the rubber rings, so that the medium blocking the valve in the rubber ring is removed, and discharged from the sewage outlet to the outside. When the gate is completely closed, the sealing surface of the rubber ring is in full contact with the gate, and the rubber ring structure provides the auxiliary sealing function again. The unique ring design allows the valve to provide a reliable seal when closed or opened, avoiding contact between metal parts and the liquid slurry.

Technical Feature

  • The sealant ring adopts one-piece design and the built-in reinforced supporting steel structure provides auxiliary pressure to prevent overpressure deformation of the ring and ensure better sealing;

FHZ Series Alkali Resistant Valve

It is casted by a special material, with compact structure, professional layer treatment valve closure, high wearing resistance and strong alkali resistance, being used for controlling solid liquid slurry transportation with stable performance and long service life.

W Series Valve

The one-piece casting valve body and damage-free sealing system can achieve reliable sealing, avoid scratches and wearing. The self- cleaning design effectively cleans interior of the valve body to prevent blocking. The performance is safe and stable, and the switch is smooth.

When the gate valve is closed, the sealing surface can only rely on the medium pressure for sealing, that is, only rely on the medium pressure to compress the sealing surface of the gate to the other side of the valve seat to ensure the sealing surface seal, which is self-sealing. Most of the gate valves are forced to seal, that is, when the valve is closed, relying on external force to compress the gate to the valve seat for ensuring the sealing performance of sealing surface. The valve body is precision casted, and the precise geometrical dimensions make the interior of the valve body do not need any finishing to ensure the sealing of the valve.
