1. Ceramic Lined Wear Resistant Pipeline

Ceramic lined wear-resistant pipeline combines the advantages of rigidity and wear resistance. The outer steel pipe has extremely high toughness and strong impact resistance; the high strength inner high-aluminum ceramics has strong wear resistance, smooth & hard surface and scratch resistance.

Product Description

Ceramic lined wear-resistant pipelines are essentially different from traditional steel pipelines, wear-resistant alloy cast steel pipelines, cast stone pipelines, steel plastics, and steel rubber pipelines. The inner and outer two layers of ceramic lined pipeline are made of different properties, the outer layer is steel pipe, and the inner layer is high alumina ceramic, of which the wear resistance is more than 20 times higher than that of carbon steel tube.

Technical feature

  • Good abrasion resistance: the Rockwell hardness of lined ceramic can reach to 80 ~ 90HRA, the surface is smooth, thus the operation resistance is small, and it has high abrasion resistance to the materials and media transported in mining, coal, metallurgy, electric power and other industries;
  • Corrosion resistance, not easy to scale: as the wear-resistant ceramic is of neutral characteristics, so it has acid-base resistance, seawater corrosion resistance and is not easy to scale;
  • The installation and construction are convenient: the product is light in weight, and has good comprehensive performance such as heat resistance and mechanical impact resistance. Welding, flange rapid connection and other connection methods can be used. The construction and installation are convenient, which can reduce installation costs.

2. Rubber Lined Wear Resistant Pipeline

Rubber-lined wear-resistant pipeline has the dual advantages of steel pipe and rubber material. The outer steel pipe has extremely high toughness and impact resistance. The inner HELICON wear-resistant rubber plate is formed in one body, with smooth surface, strong wear resistance and good corrosion resistance.

Rubber-lined wear-resistant pipeline is a kind of pipeline with steel or hard structure as pipeline skeleton and HELICON rubber with excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance as liner. It adopts high performance adhesive through special process and has dual advantages of steel and rubber materials. With the physical and chemical properties of rubber, the wear and corrosion of pipeline delivered medium to the external structure are reduced, which greatly prolongs the service life of pipeline and reduces the maintenance cost of users.

Rubber composite flexible pipe has good stretching and bending performance, high flexibility in the process of on-site construction and installation, thus reduce the difficulty of construction; the connection mode of rubber composite flexible pipe include fixed flange, rotating flange, clamp or customized connection mode from the site, which can meet the connection needs of different sites.

Rubber composite flexible pipe is composed of rubber, steel wire skeleton, nylon, polyester fiber and other non-metal reinforced layers through special technology. The innermost layer is HELICON rubber wear-resistant layer, which is made of high-quality natural rubber emulsion treated with nano-formula and produced by liquid phase process, and can resist the abrasion of slurry.
