1. Wear Resistant Rubber Product

This product combines the features of excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, tear resistance and elasticity, so that it has excellent wear resistance in the worst wearing conditions.

Product Description

There are many kinds of Haiwang wear-resistant rubber products, mainly including wear-resistant rubber plate, screen plate, rubber ceramic composite plate, rubber pipeline, rubber spring and transport belt, etc., involving various fields of rubber application. Based on HELICON mixed rubber and different production processes, it can be made into single rubber products, such as rubber strip, rubber plate, rubber spring, etc., and can also be produced into rubber roll, rubber screen plate, rubber ceramic composite plate in combination with rigid materials such as steel plate, steel tube, ceramic sheet, etc.

The rubber products are mainly depends on the features of high elasticity and wear resistance of rubber. Rubber has small elastic modulus, large elastic deformation, and high wear resistance; it can also absorb the impact force and friction force, with stable performance, long service life, low cost, and good cold resistance, airtightness, waterproofness and electrical insulation, which is the best choice for wear resistance and vibration reduction.

Technical feature

• Rubber is chemically stable, the product is integrated with vulcanization molding, with excellent abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and tear resistance, maintaining the best performance in the environment with temperature of 20 ~ 140℃.

Application

Rubber sheet products can be widely used in places with high pressure, seismic and wear resistance requirements. It is suitable for laying various floors, launder liners, workbenches, etc. At the same time, it can be punched into some buffer parts such as gaskets, washers and sealing rings, etc.
Steel pipe with rubber liner can be used to transport abrasive slurry in mining, coal, metallurgy, environmental protection, construction, petroleum and other industries.
Rubber screen plate products can be applied into the heavy screening equipment of mine dressing, metallurgy, coking, building materials, coal preparation and other industries.

2. Wear Resistant High Alumina Ceramic

Product general introduction

The high-aluminum ceramic wear-resistant materials developed and produced by Haiwang contains aluminum oxide content of more than 95%; of which the hardness and strength are higher than ordinary ceramics. The smooth surface is not easy to scale, with features of high temperature and heat shock resistance. It is widely used in cyclone spigot, wear-resistant launder, pipeline and equipment liner.

Haiwang wear-resistant alumina ceramics is produced by patented firing technology, with imported Martin alumina powder as raw material and intelligent temperature control system. It has high alumina content, integrated molding, smooth surface, high hardness, strong wear resistance and high rupture strength.

 Technical Features

• High alumina content, strong hardness, smooth surface;
• Good abrasion resistance. The wear resistant ceramics have high wear resistance to abrasive materials and medium transported by metallurgy, power, mine, coal and other industries. The service life is generally 10 times more than that of quenched steel;

3.Rubber Composite Wear Resistant Flexible Pipe

Rubber composite flexible pipe has good stretching and bending performance, high flexibility in the process of on-site construction and installation, thus reduce the difficulty of construction; the connection mode of rubber composite flexible pipe include fixed flange, rotating flange, clamp or customized connection mode from the site, which can meet the connection needs of different sites.

Rubber composite flexible pipe is composed of rubber, steel wire skeleton, nylon, polyester fiber and other non-metal reinforced layers through special technology. The innermost layer is HELICON rubber wear-resistant layer, which is made of high-quality natural rubber emulsion treated with nano-formula and produced by liquid phase process, and can resist the abrasion of slurry.

3.Wear Resistant Polyurethane Product

Wear-resistant polyurethane mold is formed as a whole, with accurate size and shape, smooth surface, good pressure resistance, light mass and convenient disassembly and assembly. Low temperature prepolymerization and high temperature extraction process are used, with stable performance, which can realize the personalized design of product formula and has good adaptability and economic efficiency. The main products include polyurethane wear-resistant pipeline, wear-resistant polyurethane screen plate, wear-resistant polyurethane screen mesh, etc. The product standardization is high with a wide range of industrial applications.

 Technical Features

• It is resistant to sliding wearing and impact wearing. The polyurethane internal structure of macromolecular chain makes the pipeline liner rigid and soft, with good wear resistance and long service life. Its wear resistance is 3 ~ 5 times of steel screen plate.

• Polyurethane is corrosion resistant, non-flammable, non-toxic and tasteless and not easy to damage; it has long service life and small maintenance workload, which can reduce the maintenance workload and production & maintenance loss, thus the total cost is low.
• The surface is bright and lubricated, the friction coefficient is low and the operation resistance is small, thus the energy consumption of material transportation is greatly reduced, and the scaling can be prevented in long-term operation;
• With excellent aging resistance, oil resistance and drug resistance performance, the lined polyurethane elastomer is a kind of strong polar polymer material, which has better resistance to some non-polar oils and other weak polar chemicals.

4. Polyurethane Wear Resistant Pipeline

Wear-resistant polyurethane pipeline is of integrated design with smooth surface, good pressure resistance, light weight and easy to disassemble and assemble; the use of low-temperature prepolymerization and high-temperature extraction process can achieve personalized design of product formula. The product molding has good adaptability and economic efficiency.

4. KM Wear Resistant Composite Material Product

 The KM composite developed and produced by Haiwang Company not only has good heat resistance, wear resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, oil resistance, acid resistance, but also has excellent wear resistance.

KM composite is a multi-component wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant composite composed of natural wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant solid particles, toughening resin and modified curing agent. It is widely used as the liner of pipelines conveying large particle material and corrosive slurry.

• It has good heat resistance, and the service temperature range is -25 ~ 150℃;

Application:
