Utilizing the interference settling principle for sand washing, mud and sand are separated in two directions, reducing the clay content in the sand and still achieving good results for materials with high clay content.
The use of a continuously variable helical blade structure and a reasonable blade wrap angle, optimized through simulation software. The hydraulic performance of the pump is characterized by high energy exchange efficiency between the blades and the medium, resulting in high pump efficiency. The load on the blades is uniform, leading to minimal impeller wear and low noise. The biomimetic volute casing design contributes to low turbulence inside the casing, minimizing wear and reducing energy loss.
Our company has developed rubber and polyurethane materials specifically for slurry pump conditions. The wearing parts not only exhibit excellent wear resistance but also demonstrate good corrosion and erosion resistance.
The internal structure is designed rationally, unaffected by slurry impact, and is non-blocking, making it applicable in various working conditions.
Product general introduction
The XFS series Haiwang sand washing and fine sand recovery integrated machine integrates three processes: bucket sand washing, fine sand recovery, and product dewatering. It mainly includes six components: a sand washing bucket, a sand washing trough, a cyclone (group), a cyclone feed pump, a under-screen pump pool, and a linear vibrating dewatering screen. It features a compact structure, small footprint, high sand washing efficiency, simultaneous discharge of coarse and fine sand, and uniform mixing.
