The CF series counter-flow sand washer is a sand washing equipment that utilizes the upward water flow to create a stable interference settling atmosphere in the machine, achieving the separation of mud and sand based on the different settling velocities due to interference settling. It features high mud removal efficiency, low water consumption, adjustable sand powder content in the product, low operating power consumption, and automatic control. It can be used for the de-dusting of manufactured sand, de-mudding of natural sand, soil sand selection, and other processes. It also exhibits good adaptability to conditions with high powder or mud content.
