Product general introduction

HX intelligent dry separator is a mineral sorting equipment based on advanced imaging and artificial intelligence technology. The X-ray imaging system is used to obtain the characteristics of coal and gangue, and an analysis model adapted to it is established to accurately identify the coal and gangue. The intelligent algorithm is used to control the high-pressure air to spray with high precision through the special structure nozzle to realize the separation of coal and gangue.

Working Principle

The dual-energy X-ray scanning imaging system is used to collect material images, and the deep learning image recognition technology is used to analyze the images, determine the type of materials, and accurately control the high-pressure air to inject coal or gangue to achieve accurate, efficient, and energy-saving automatic coal separation.

• Material distribution Subsystem

It consists of a feeding mechanism, a material stabilization mechanism, a conveyor belt, etc., which spreads the raw coal evenly, so that the X-ray can scan and image the material.

• Imaging Recognition Subsystem

Dual-energy X-ray, laser area array radar, and CCD customized combined identification scheme can accurately obtain material characteristics and distinguish coal and gangue.

• Execution Subsystem

The solenoid valve precisely controls the array spray gun to sort the thrown coal or gangue through high pressure air.

• Air supply system

It is composed of air compressor, cold dryer, air storage tank and other equipment, which provides power for the efficient sorting of dry separator.

• Intelligent control system

The control system includes modules, frequency conversion cabinets, etc. It has local, remote, running, fault passive dry contact signals, industrial Ethernet interface, and accepts centralized control running signals.

• Dust removal system

Equipped with a professional dust removal system, it can recover the dust generated during the operation of the equipment. The system has the characteristics of simple structure, stable and reliable operation, long service life and high dust removal efficiency.

• Radiation shielding protection system

Class III radiation device is used.Equipped with a complete ray shielding protection system, the radiation value is better than the national standard.
