Technical characteristics

• Operation Perception System：This part monitors parameters such as motor operating temperature, operating voltage, operating current, vibration frequency, vibration amplitude, pulp water pressure, pulp water flow, etc.
• Material Perception System:Detects material flow and concentration, allowing for timely adjustment of the upstream addition of dilution water concentration to ensure that the feed concentration of the stacked screen remains within the most suitable range.
• Intelligent Expert Maintenance System:The intelligent expert maintenance system consists of three operational tracking logic systems. This system collects real-time data during the operation of the stacked screen and compares it with the original database parameters. When the real-time data deviates beyond the specified range from the original database, the stacked screen alarm system operates. According to requirements, various alarm methods such as sound, light, and forced power-off can be set.
• Intelligent Expert Analysis System:This system not only evaluates the operational status of the stacked screen but also, based on the particle size composition below the screen, estimates the degree of screen wear. When the wear limit value is reached, it reminds the user to replace the screen in a timely manner, enhancing the efficiency of coal preparation plant management.
