Product Overview

The Haiwang WTMC series pressureless feed three-product heavy medium cyclone was successfully applied in the coal washing and processing industry in the 1990s. It has been continuously improved and upgraded during its widespread use and has been applied in hundreds of coal preparation plants to date. The pressureless feed three-product heavy medium cyclone has many advantages, and it uses a set of low-density suspension to simultaneously separate three products. This simplifies the entire suspension preparation, control, transportation, and separation process system, saving infrastructure investment and operational costs. It has received high recognition in the industry.

Technical characteristics

• Inventive patent structural design, providing customized standard and non-standard models based on coal quality, process, and parameter requirements to match actual production needs and achieve optimal performance (EP1 ≤ 0.03 kg/l, EP2 ≤ 0.05 kg/l, separation efficiency ≥ 98%);
• The WTMC series heavy medium cyclone has advantages such as low over-crushing of materials, minimal secondary coal slurry, and lighter wear on the pump and pipeline system. It also features a wide range of feed particle sizes and strong adaptability to coal quality, with a feed upper limit of up to 100mm and a lower limit of 0.3mm;
• The new structure enhances the adaptability to raw coal by continuously strengthening the density field gradient and optimizing structural parameters, thereby improving separation accuracy and reducing energy consumption;
• The pressureless three-product heavy medium cyclone features an adjustable overflow pipe with patented properties, allowing online adjustment of two-stage separation density. The arrangement of the cyclone can be parallel, vertical, linear, etc., depending on the spatial conditions of the site;
• Optional intelligent control and detection technology independently developed by Haiwang, achieving linked operation between heavy medium product quality and density control. The cyclone can be equipped with a life warning system for the lining and blockage alarm;
• High-alumina ceramic lining is adopted, and this special type of ceramic is pressed and high-temperature fired with molds, meeting the typical requirements for the arc and shape of the cyclone. The special high-alumina ceramic has an alumina content of over 95%, with a typical uniform structure of alumina particles and good sintering characteristics, enhancing wear resistance.

The product is mainly applied in processes such as full-size range washing or desliming and grading in ore dressing.
