Technical characteristics

• Dual-exciter motor drive, with the standard motor being a domestically and internationally joint-venture product; imported motors are optional.
• Wear-resistant polyurethane material is used for the screen panel, featuring modular installation for easy local replacement and low spare part costs.
• The excitation main beam is designed as a whole profile and undergoes full stress relief treatment.
• The bottom crossbeam is designed as a whole profile with wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant surface protection.
• The side plates and guard plates are processed using CNC machine tools, connected with high-strength Huck bolts, and free of welding seams.
• High-frequency vibration and a designed screen inclination angle promote the continuous discharge of materials on the screen, resulting in a high processing capacity per unit area.

Application

ZKJ series high-frequency linear vibrating dewatering screen is mainly used for dewatering, desliming, sand removal, washing, and other operations in metal ore, non-metallic ore, coal slurry, quartz sand, and mud.
