Technical characteristics

• Equipped with high-exciting force box-type vibrator, the screen has high screening efficiency and large processing capacity. It features high stiffness, strength, and balanced force distribution.
• The box-type vibrator ensures that the material quickly forms a layer on the screen surface, maximizing contact with the screen slot and minimizing the possibility of screen surface blockage. The high-efficiency gear-driven vibrator has a long lifespan and low noise.
• It utilizes large clearance self-aligning bearings, high-precision heavy-duty helical gears, and splash lubrication. The vibrator adopts a sealed design to prevent dust or foreign matter from entering the interior.
• Gas and heat inside the vibrator can freely exchange with the external environment through a special sealing device between the shafts, ensuring no lubricating oil leakage.
• Magnetic oil plug attracts metal fines inside the vibrator, effectively protecting all rotating parts from damage and improving equipment reliability and safety.
• Equipped with a protective cover, and the eccentric wheel's eccentric torque is adjustable.

Application

ZKK series vibrating screen is mainly used for dewatering, desliming, sand removal, washing, and other operations in metal ore, non-metal ore, coal slurry, quartz sand, mud, etc. It is also commonly used in coal desliming operations.
