Shandong Cyclone Separation Engineering Technology Research Center

SWIRLFLOW& SEPARATION TECHNICAL R&D CENTRE OF SHANDONG PROVINCE

Shandong Classification Separation Engineering Technology Research Center was established in 2009 which was approved by Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Department. It is the only provincial engineering technology research center in the domestic cyclone separation industry, mainly engaged in the research and development of cyclone separation equipment and technology. The center has established a first-class management system, operation mechanism and talent team, equipped with international advanced experimental equipment and testing instruments, to provide support for the research and development of cyclone separation equipment.

Honors of Technical Center

The technology Center has more than 200 patents with independent intellectual property rights, among which there are 8 invention patents.
It has won 1 second prize of National technological invention award, 5 national key new products, more than 10 provincial awards such as Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award, Shandong Provincial Energy Conservation Award, etc.
Our company has drafted and revised three industry standards, including the industry standard of “Polyurethane hydrocyclone” in 1997. In 2015 and 2016,as the technical pioneer and leader in the industry,the company has presided over the revision and formulation of the industry standard of “Hydrocyclone” (JB/T 9035-2015) and “Polyurethane hydrocyclone” (JB/T 9035-2015).
