Coal Washery Technical Upgrades and Construction

The technical upgrades and construction of the coal washery include expanding production capacity, improving efficiency, and transforming the coarse coal slurry separation system. It also involves optimizing the design and upgrading of heavy-medium cyclones, designing and transforming the dense control system, and revamping the process for skip separation of middlings coal (pre-skip separation and gangue removal). Additionally, improvements in the skip separation and desludging processes are part of the upgrade plan. Intelligent gangue removal processes in the raw coal preparation workshop are reformed. Based on on-site surveys and user requirements, specialized process improvement plans are developed for the owner's consideration and adoption.

Skip Separation of Middlings Coal (Skip Separation and Gangue Removal Middlings Coal) and Heavy-Medium Recleaning Process Upgrade Overview:

• Middlings coal from the skip machine's second and third cylinders or middlings coal after gangue removal by the skip machine is transported to the newly constructed heavy-medium workshop through a conveyor belt.
• After passing through the three-product heavy-medium cyclone, the coal is separated into clean coal, middlings coal, and gangue.
• The clean coal, middlings coal, and gangue are processed into final products after desliming and dewatering.
• Part of the deslimed coal enters the media collection bucket for recycling, while dilute medium goes to the magnetic separator for medium recovery. The magnetic separation tailings enter the coarse coal slurry system for separation and recovery of coarse and fine coal.

Introduction to Intelligent Gangue Removal Process Upgrade in the Raw Coal Preparation Workshop

• The coal is transported to the raw coal preparation workshop via conveyor belts and undergoes grading and screening.
• After grading, the lump coal enters the material distributor and then the intelligent dry separator for sorting, separating lump clean coal and lump gangue.
• The clean coal, after crushing, is blended into the fine coal product or used independently to produce lump coal products. The lump gangue, after grading and screening, becomes gangue.
